1. How to find my size?

There are size details under each item, and you can check the “size guide”on item page as well.

2. What’s plus size?

Each size is normal size. Plus size in title only means the item is available in more larger sizes.

3. How to search the items correctly?

Click“Search”on the right top of website to search items, or find items by Category listed.

4. What’s the meaning of “blend”while it says “Material: Cotton-blend”?

Blend means that besides of cotton, there might be other material included.

5. Where can I find more pictures about items?

You can see pictures of item page. If it’s not included, you can Contact our customer service team service@.

6. What can I do when checkout/payment cannot go through?

Sometimes payment failure may be caused by network problems, incorrect address, refused transaction, declined by bank or the risk prevention mechanism of your card issuer. We recommend you to try multiple times, use another card to pay.

If above does not work , please tell us what message is shown or email us the screenshots about failure, so that we can check and handle the issues for you as soon as possible.

7. How to Edit my cart?

The cart is on the top right of the page. Kindly please click the cart and view it.  

Click the color/size of the item to update if any wrong of it.

You can remove, add or deduct the quantity of the item in cart as well.

8. How can I find the items disappeared in my cart?

It’s suggested you can register an account in , and log in your account when you want to add items in cart or want to place an order. Normally, items will not disappear with account logged in.

9. Where can I check my order information/ order status?

We will send the waybill number to your email address by email. Please check the website https://www.17track.net/en

10. How can I modify my item/size/address?/ How to add items into my current order?

Before payment, you can just disregard the waiting-for-payment order, and replace a new order with correct items, sizes, address. If order has been paid and you want to add item or do any other modification, you can Contact our customer service team service@

Discounts & Promotions

11. How to apply discounts? / How to add discounts to my order?

If you wanna to place order with a coupon code, please input the code when checkout.

Normally, coupons cannot be Superimposed use on each separate order. Besides, final sale items can get no further discounts.

12. What should I do if discounts cannot be used or been applied wrongly?

Firstly, please make sure the code has been input correctly. And please check if your order amount meet the MOA(minimum order amount) of the discount required or not. Moreover, please be noted that final sale items are excluded of all discounts. Also, please check if your coupon code within validity period. If all these done and doesn’t work, you can Contact our customer service team service@

Shipping & Delivery

13. How long can I receive my package?

Normally you are expected to receive your package in 10-20 business days, except pre-sale items and items out of stock. Delivery Time=Processing Time+Shipping Time. 

14. Where do you ship from? /Can you ship to my country/ my address?

We ship almost all over the world.(Remote countries and regions excluded.)

We have warehouses all over the world as well. Your order will come from whichever warehouse is closest to you with the product ordered in stock.

15. Why the fright(shipping fee) is so high? /How to get free shipping?

Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight and destination.

And Orders over $70 enjoy FREE shipping. (Final sale items excluded.)

We are making efforts to lower the freight.

Return & Exchange

16. Can items be returned ?

Yes, items can be returned. 

17. How to make return?

Items may be returned/exchanged within 30 days of delivery date. If you wish to return an item, please keep the item in good condition.

18. Can I return to the address on the received package?

No, the address on the package is the logistics party's overseas transshipment warehouse. Any address on the package is not approved as a return address.

 

If you need to return an item to our warehouse, please contact our customer service team and you will receive a return authorization from our customer service team via email containing our return address.
