Refund policy
What is the refund method?
Refunds will be sent to your original card based on the payment method you selected.
Note: Orders paid with gift cards will be returned to the gift card by default.
When will I receive my refund?
Once the refund is processed, you will receive a refund notification email. The refund time depends on your refund method and bank.
PayPal: 1-5 business days
Credit/Debit Card: 1-15 business days
How do I get a refund if my credit/debit card is no longer valid or has expired?
For security reasons, refunds will only be processed to the original card to which payment was debited.
If your original card has expired or is no longer valid, you can contact the card issuer (your bank or card company) for assistance; they can still collect payments on your behalf.
What is an ARN?
ARN stands for Acquirer Reference Number. Some debit/credit cards will generate an ARN upon successful refund. The ARN will appear on the Refund Details page, and we'll also send you an email letting you know the ARN.
If you do not receive your refund within the standard timeframe, please contact your bank using the refund acquirer reference number for further status updates and information.
Why is the amount received less than the refund amount?
1. The bank charges a handling fee.
2. Changes in the exchange rate compared to the time of payment.
3. The refund will be used to deduct the installment fee.
4. Refunds are based on the actual price paid, not the sales price.
If you receive less than the original amount, you can contact your bank to check the above.
Note: Original shipping and shipping charges are guaranteed non-refundable.
