1. Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags attached.
Important notice:
1. Do not send returns to the address on the package. This is not a return address and will affect the processing of your return.
We will process your request within 5 business days of receiving your return. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment account.
- The shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of placing your order. It can take longer than the expected date due to an invalid address, the customs clearance procedures or other causes.
- We currently do not ship to every country across the world. If you can't select your country above, kindly contact us and we'll do our best to get you a pair.
Delivery Process
Processing time typically takes between 1-2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed within the next 1-2 business days. Please note that all processing times may take longer due to a high volume of orders.
Order Status
Once your order has been filled, you will receive a Shipping Notification email. This email will include your tracking number and a link to check order status. You can also go to your account page to check order status.
Shipping Charges
In order to ensure a good shopping experience for users, customers only need to pay $6.99 for the postage to enjoy the same shopping experience as before. Free standard shipping on orders over $70.
Shipping Time
During your checkout, you'll see an estimated delivery date. Please refer to the left table for various shipping times to international destinations.
Order Address Error
Please contact customer service immediately to change your address before the shipment. Once the items are shipped, the address cannot be changed.

- All delivery times are estimates and we are not responsible for delays due to unpredictable factors(weather, delivery carrier factors, customer error, holiday-related delays) or any other unforeseen factors.

How long does it take for me to return my item?

Can I still return an item if it is worn, damaged, or has tags removed?
1. Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags attached.
2. Please note that customized items and free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged. In addition, order cancellation is not supported for customized products.

How do I get a refund?
